Remix Culture
Remix culture to my understanding is taking already existing material and combining or altering it to create something new. For instance taking an older song and combining it with a more modern one resulting in a new song that has bits and pieces of the previous two intertwined into it. There are various ways in which people can experience a remix; Read, Read-Write, remix and Mashup. Mashup is the example i gave previously. Read is typically found on the consumer side of things, it is a one way flow meaning that they can listen or look at the product but it is quite difficult or impossible for them to alter themselves.

Donut Time
This is based around the idea of doing donuts in your car but i with this car the tires themselves are the donuts along with the spoiler on the back.
Honey Comb
Instead of the honey combs being made out of honey i decided to play with the other half of the name and recreate that honey bomb pattern using actual hair combs. i place the combs into a hexagon shape to try and recreate the pattern one would normally find in a honey comb.
Laughing Pill
I was inspired by the chill pill idea. I'm not entirely sure if there is such a thing as a laughing pill. but this is definitely my favorite since it is just so random. i based the face off of the laughing emoji with the tears coming from both eyes. originally i was going to put the face on the outside of the pill like a label of some sort, but i liked it emerging from the pill much better.
Squid in the Box
Instead of having a jack in the box i thought it would be even more surprising to have a squid come out of the box squirting water at you instead. there isn't really any meaning behind this concept, but it would definitely be surprising and scary to have a squid pop out of the box when you're expecting jack.
Eye See You
this was inspired by the telescopes you see when watching a cartoon. they always make the eye appear really big at the end of the telescope like the device is actually stretching ones eyeball.
Turtle Planter Pot
Instead of having a normal shell i decided to make it a skull. this was inspired by a photo i saw a while back where someone had drawn a skull surrounded by flowers. i decided to turn it into a form of a planter pot since when you look at a real turtles shell sometimes they have see plant that grow on their shells. so by combining everything i ended up with this planter pot like object.
Time Flies
This is based off of the saying that time fly's when you're having fun. in this case the clock representing time is flying with a pair of wings, making that statement come to life.
Hand Gun
Instead of the gun being held in the hand of the shooter, the gun is the hand itself. When i downloaded the hand file it had these divots in the palm area that i thought would be the prefect place to place the extra bullets.
Lasso the Moon
This is inspired by the scene in "Its a Wonderful Life" where the character says he will lasso the moon for a girl. in this case the moon is suppose to be tethered by a string to keep it in place and closer to earth.
Apple of my Eye
Usually when someone refers to someone else as the apple of their eye it usually means they are in love with them and think that they are beautiful. i decided to change that and create a monstrous version of it where the apple is infected with eyes growing from it.
I like your "Apple of my Eye," I enjoy the play on words.
