Polaroid Camera

 In the documentary designer Karim Rashid was talks about how our new digital cameras are still modeled in the same way as an old film camera when the film actually defined the shape of the camera. If we wanted to we could have completely redesigned the look of the entire camera. What inspired me to create a 3D model of a polaroid camera was that even though today we can print pictures from our phones there is still a high demand for polaroid photos, but in this case the overall design of these cameras have changed quite a bit even though the purpose is still the same. Personally I prefer the old model over the newer ones.

The new ones are more rounded and slimmer in design.
